Just like Job
Let me be weighed on honest scales,
That God may know my integrity.
Job 31:6
God has ultimate control, and in the same way that balanced Job’s life, he can also balance our lives. God can step into our lives, and in the midst of chaos he pours his love. It doesn’t matter what we are going through. God is bigger than all of it. Christ’s measure cannot be counted. It is unlimited. We cannot measure what God has in store for us.
For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal. 1 Corinthians 4:17, 18
