The Holy Spirit is our comforter, the person of the Godhead that leads us into all truth.  John shares with us the Holy Spirit as revealed to us in scripture – how privileged we are that he dwells in us, a temple, leading us to Jesus.

I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. Matt 3:11
